The Foreign Affairs Minister is to meet with representatives of the Chernobyl Children's Project in Cork today in an effort to lift the worldwide ban on Chernobyl children travelling abroad.

Now this is bizzare and not good form on the side of the Belarusian Government :( I wonder how much radiation do these kids give off ? I'm sure it's not that high.
