CD Wow Warning

Just got this off my sister.I forgot to say to spread the word that people should stop ordering from CD WOW. They seem to be in trouble since the court ruling went against them. I have seen posts in other sites saying that customers are experiencing long delays.......there was also mention of a warehouse burning down?

I ordered Rufus on the 26/06 and it hasn't been even despatched yet. Previously they would keep you updated very regularly on the status of your order.....but now there is zilch! I've requested a full refund.....so I'll have to see what happens.

They seem to be bombarding people with vouchers off CDs and special offers on DVDs. And to make it even more interesting a sign went up on their website today saying that their phones are no longer in operation and all customer service queries have to go by email....very suspicious indeed.Just in case anyone here uses the site. Apparently they've been having problems.

I'm having major problems with them, I preordered a CD back in May which was released at the end of June and they still havent dispatched it. I e-mailed them twice so far this week and I still havent had a response. They charge straightaway too (like way back in May). Gettin kinda pissed off cause i could have bought it from Amazon like

and yesterday I got an email about an interesting €8.99 24-hour sale of rock cds, but I gave it a miss because of this warning.

I am still waiting for my CD - this is seriously starting to bug me.

It took them a week to respond to my first email about it and they asked me to wait until july 28th.....

I haven't ordered anything from them for a while and I don't think any of the others have either ...

I might place a test order to see what happens ...

Today they have an offer for €5 for Music DVDs , but I am still holding out until I hear some positive results.
