Performance artist Mark McGowan has cooked and eaten a Corgi in protest against the mistreatment of a fox.
BBC Article (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/entertainment/6703423.stm)
Mr McGowan, a vegetarian, did his "performance" together with Yoko Ono to draw attention to the, err, RSPCA's inability to prosecute Prince Philip and his friends. Prince Philip and his buddies like to go fox hunting. Apparently animal activists approved of the stunt. Mr McGowan reports the meat(minced and cooked with apple, onion and seasoning) to have been really really disgusting. Does anybody else here find this slightly bizarre and not really understand the point of this?
"To me it was, as an art piece, exhilarating," he said after the show.
