No, happy, I think you're right. The alarm should have been raised when she hit 200 pounds. I know there's probably a medical reason behind it, but there's no doubt that she also eats too much. It's a clear form of child abuse, imo.

As for walking, she physically can't. A fully grown adult would have trouble walking if they weighed 400 lbs, but her bones are young and small. There's no way that they could support her weight.

Now that is crazy. The poor poor girl. Hopefully her body isn't damaged or put under too much strain by the weight. I wonder what condition her organs are in after having to work 100% harder to move her around.

Parents are sick. The woman in the UK with the 200lb son claims he wont eat anything else except for processed food, and what is she supposed to starve him? My answer, YES! If I was7 years old and wouldn't eat anything else my parents would say you get nothing, eventually I would eat, and that would be that...::sigh:: parents these days...;)

That little young girl Jessica may have a medical disease.

This is him with his mother, who's not exactly svelte herself:

Pablo, the video about Jessica said they were going to put her in hospital and put her on a strict diet. Even if there is a medical condition, there's still obviously massive overeating going on. Not to mention that she asked for food twice during the video.

Maybe she's got Prader-Willi Syndrome.
Prader-Willi Syndrome is also frequently associated with an extreme and insatiable appetite, often resulting in morbid, and in some cases life-threatening, obesity. There is currently no consensus as to the cause for this particular symptom.

Maybe she's got Prader-Willi Syndrome.

My aunt is a headteacher in a special needs school, and there was this one girl who didn't haev the part in her brain that told her when she needed to stop eating. I don't know if that'st he same.. ^

Yeah, it is. P-W Syndrome is a problem with the hypothalamus in the brain, afaik.

i think it was in college i realised that fresh fruit and veg and the pork chop were way cheaper than the microwave sweet n sour pork etc. so i don't take poverty as a reason for a child to get this way. i know that statistics show that poorer families do eat shittier food but i think that is as much a "culture" category than anything else.
