I get them all the time. Or the biscuit is wonky. Or theres a phat bit of biscuit and a really thin layer of chocolate.

i've gotten them from time to time, i kinda like them. Once i even got a chunky kitkat an the biscuit didn't start till almost half way down the bar, that was horrible. too much choclate for anyone to handle in one bite.

I love getting deformed bars, the best is purple snacks where the biscuit is offset so there is no biscuit for half and then no chololate at the very end on the other side. It's so cool (but also alarming that the quality control didn't catch it....) a bit like russian roulette.

Send away for free chocolate! Does that really happen or is it an urban myth? I never have the will power not to eat what's in front of me to be honest, so I'll never know if it works or not....

Chocolate .... hmmmm . Chocolate ! I think you should write a quick letter, saying that you've had nightmares about eating wrong things ever since Ciaran and see if they compensate you.

I too like complaining. Last year I got a pair of jeans replaced, but I had to state some EU laws to frighten them a little.
