Actually the full title is "Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan"
I was just browsing BBC news (http://news.bbc.co.uk/) and came across this story (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/entertainment/5330826.stm).
His film - called Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan - is released in November.
It features the hapless, naive and politically incorrect TV presenter travelling to the US, proudly blurting out his enthusiastic insults and humiliating unsuspecting Americans.
It was met with raucous laughter from the 1,000-strong audience until the projector broke.
The Kazakh Foreign Ministry has previously described his portrayal as "utterly unacceptable, being a concoction of bad taste and ill manners which is completely incompatible with ethics and civilised behaviour".
I must say I enjoy Sacha Baron Cohen's stuff, and can't wait to download see it in November !
