now this is s bit weird for me but i have an almost girly perdicament. yesterday i paid €85 to have my hair done, which i dont mind coz i only get it done about 3 times a year.and it always a cut coulour and style. this time what i wanted was something like what's shown below

but what i got was something an awful lot frizzier and corkscrewier with blond brassy highlghts.

now ive been to this hairdresser loads before and was always happy but as i was walking into town to meet phil all i could think was my hair was dry, frizzy in places and neither curly wavey straight or anything styled looking. this morning it was like a mousey straw. i went to lush and got these hair remedy things and ur one realised i needed them badly and im trying it now. i juat wondered has anybpdy had their hair fucked up and have they ever gone back to hairdresser and went WTF have u done to me? so now i have no visible curls and paid an extra €25 today for remedies that i dont know will work. should i go back and demand money back? evenhough shes a lovely woman who assured me all was grand and who gave me brilliant styles before?

You should DEFINITELY go back, especially since this is your normal hairdresser and you've never experienced problems before. If you're rational, and they know you're a regular customer, they should certainly offer to fix it!

I'm confused: Is your problem that your hair is frizzy, or that you don't like what she's done with it? If it's the colour, you've every right to go back and get her to fix it to your exact specifications for free. If it'sthe frizz, sometimes hair goes frizzy when it's curled. Itmay only be temporary. Have you washed it yet? See what it's like after it's beenwashed and conditioned.

You've gotten blonde put into yourhair, so welcome to the world of peroxide. The underside of my hair is permanently fucked (Dry, frizzy, split) because of repeated lashings of peroxide over theyears. Coloured hair needs a LOT of attention, so makesure you use conditioner EVERY time you wash your hair, especially as you've got blonde inthere.

If the frizz appears to be permanent, ask the hairdresser to give you some kindof smoothing serum or intensive conditioner for free. After that, there's not much more you can do.

Also bring your top back to the shop while you are at it! They forgot one of the shoulders ;)

All being said, if you are not happy go back and talk and tell them why you are not happy.

that aint me pablo! i wish it was!

the colour is okay and iv been blondey plenty times before. slept with a "lush" repair cream in hair last night then washed and conditioned with super conditioner and at work today im asking honest opinions and everybody telling me that hair looks dry and in need of a cut, as if its all split ends. think ill ring her later and get her to do something tonight. really pissed off about it!

i think she fucked up with the "perming" serum or something.

Doesn't that girl have matts ... who wants matts ? Unless you are looking for the dreadlock look ? And yes boys are silly.

Ah Jayzus that's awful!! I'm going to get fired for that one ;) (supervisor walking past catching me giggling on open access computer)

Maedhbh, go right back and have a rational moan. If you're not happy, you shouldn't have to live with it! They SHOULD fix it to waht you want for free.

Men really don't GET hair things, do they?! Wow!

She's too gorgeous. Can't ever look as good as that. My hair dilema is how short will I get it cut this time, or is there enough to cut.

hey no comment...shove it up your ass! :D i could be a drop dead scorcher like! my profile pic was traken the night of the all ireland final like!

no not quite the shakira look but rather like the girl whose photo i put up! half way between both, colour wise!

i think im gonna go home and condition again and then straighten it in the nicest way possible to see if its presentable looking whilst down and if not then i will be visiting hairdresser with a mallet!

i went to her when i got homeat half 7! she didnt seem to see the problem and said shed give me a compliementary bottle of the stuff she had used on me on tuesday when i had it done. i "massaged it in" to the afected areas and it has made them look like straw again. hence i will be getting about 8 inches cut off my hair on saturday more than likely.

sob.

i couldnt be arsed going back to her again now, she just wont see the problem that i do. gonna be in prague with short perfectly coloured hair. bollix.

everybody say awh and mourne my hair thank you please!

Well, at least you tried. Its too bad she couldn't do anything to properly fix it. I guess its time to find a new hairdresser, its a shame.

On the bright side, shorter hair is much easier to maintain (I think dry/straighten time has been cut in half), and there are more cuts you can get. Long hair on myself anyway tends to start looking drab and a bit mousey even, now everyone has been saying I look older, which is nice since I look about 16! ;)

So good luck with your next haircut!! Surely it will be a winner! :)

AW goodbye to your hair!

Blonde always tends to dry out and make your hair frizzy anyway.. Stupid peroxide!!

If you only get it done 3 times a year maybe thats your problem!
You should get your hair trimmed regularly (maybe like once a month) to avoid split ends and keep it healthy!!

they move faster to get you happy than if your a millionare

you just have to look really serious

Hows the hair situation?
Is it any better?

If you are still trying to salvage it.... you should pop into boots....

They have this intense conditioner stuff its unreal.
Its their own brand, comes in a big tub, and their is horsechesnut in it.

I swear the stuff is just amazing... and it won't break the bank either!!!

I just got this Garnier Fructis stuff that's supposed to replace the oils in your hair. Its in a roundy type container, maybe that would help? Dunno what the full name is in English at its in German here, but I got it for about 6 euros or so.

Could? Could! That all?

I just use water to wash my hair. Leaves all the natural ois in. No need for conditioner, shampoo or chemicals. Perfect every time.

speaking of irish acts...... isn't it werid how everyone in ireland knows a band/ singer/ song and when your away they have never heard of it and then when you mention a song everyone thinks your cracked. cause recently got tickets to bell x1 and noboby has heard of them here in manchester. it's like hope more people attend or it will be only me and security gaurds.
