Tis a bit strange that they're making a big deal outta Sandra Bollocks being in it, cos she barely is. But Don Cheadle and Matt Dillon are fabulous as usual & Marina Sirtis makes a little appearence in it too (God, she's after getting old. Things like racism are so sstupid, and people keep playing into the stereotypes in the movie and then complaining about it. But yeah, one to watch. Jack B. But yeah, one to watch. *sighs* Crash is a satire on racism in (American) society. The reason the characters play into stereotypes is to emphasise the racist manner in which members of certain cultural groups view each other. Obvious, really. Well worth watching and of course an interesting story (in fact interesting stories). Plus there were a few more small interconnects I noticed the 2nd time that I miss first time around. |
