I was really impressed with this place. After a long day at the beach we spotted it in Middleton Main St. They serve everything from steaks, burgers and chips, pasta, pizza, fish dishes, an extensive range of beers for such a small place, Kopparbergs pear and mixed Berry, Kroner, etc and naturally a wine list too.

All staff were locals and so most clientelle when I was there which was late afternoon knew eachother and they werent afraid to talk away to any non locals like me and my mom. We even got directions to a very nice beach. Its child friendly with a very cool little kids menu, and theres low seating available for them too which I thought was smart.

We started with stuffed crab claws which were a bit bland but looked great and the dressing on the accompanying salad was delicious. I then decided to be awkward and had a pizza ordered to my specifications. They come in either 9" or 12". Crust was a bit burnt but it was really fresh and the chicken on it was some of the nicest chicken breast I have had in a while!

Mother had Atlantic Sea Salmon in sesame seed crust and rice. Nice flakey salmon and rice that wasnt to hard or to soft. thats very important!Price range for starters being from about €4-€8 while pasta main course started at €9 and the larger fish and meat dishes topping out at about €22.

All food arrived as quickly as possible yet not so quick that you feel like you are in burger king! the staff in general were efficient and well turned out, very friendly and child tolerant.

The "pudding" menu was tempting though we restrained ourselves. pavlova, chocolate cake, cheese cake, Various pastries stuffed with cream and fresh fruit. for next time definitely!

The only thing that disappointed me was that the water (which was served in a lovley decanter) was warm and the guy taking payment was a bit of a nut! But entertaining all the same! It was great value and €34 plus tip.I would definitely go again and perhaps try the steak that looked very suculent!

I do believe they have take out menu for pizza as well but not sure if deliver.
