Double Choc Cookies

10oz caster
10oz flour
6oz marg
2oz cocoa
1 large egg
drop of bainne
choc chips

cream sugar and marg
beat in egg
add flour and cocoa and choc chips
add enough milk to make a "soft dropping consistency"
put desert spoon blobs about 4 inches apart on some lightly greased baking trays
Bake at 190deg cel, for about 12 mins
cool on wire rack and enjoy
(the hot ones are super yummy!)

Even if they get cold, stick a block of dairymilk on them and stick em in the microwave or oven for a small bit, mmmmm melty

i've also learned that milkbars make extremely crap choc chips! however tesco value brand white choc is excellneT!
