Sky One are going to show 24 on Thursday night @ 9pm instead of the usual Sunday night.

They are hoping for viewing figures of over a million.

This has to be the last one, the concept can only be streched so far...

Its totally shite that the one entire episode takes place over one hour...The whole idea for the show is stupid.
If they lost the whole "in one day" shite...it would be a better show.

Another example...he travelled halfway cross america in one day....HOW?!?!?!?!?!?

the first season was 24 episodes of one hour each which were a different hour of the day, and the story was what happened in that day, so it was almost like it was happening in front of you. a twenty minute car journey had them in the car for twenty minutes of the episode (not continuously, but if it took twenty minutes for them to get to point b, they would hop in the car and twenty minutes later, they would arrive at point b.) Last season was kinda crap though.

That destroys the whole point of the show. It's called 24 'cos there're 24 hours in one day...

24 still rocks! The second season was great and I've downloaded the first 10 episodes of S3 and it's still brilliant.

Sure they don't do real, real time but time travels pretty close to real time.

The thing about 24 is that the show was only 40 minutes long when it was on bbc. Now with the Sky ads every 15 mins it brings it up to an hour.

Its Hollywood, they don't need to.They are beyond us primitive mortals.

It'd be great not to have to sleep.Think bout all we'd accomplish...uh...well...you know...

Bugger. ;) Using the bog's essential though!

Sleep's overrated anyway.Sleep deprivation induced insanity is a brilliant feeling though!

Seriously, the shows a great idea if its done with a reasonable amount of realism.

Totally agree...sleep deprivation is not only an effective torture technique but lots of fun to do with your friends also!...Dave you remember the 'craig' incident in pa's houses!
MADNESS IT WAS!

Kiefer rocks though i will say that...great actor!

There's been whole hours without primary characters on screen, so they'd have plenty of time for the jacks!

Yep I've broadband, but it's about the only thing I download
