Kickboxing

Does anybody know any places around the city that do kickboxing classes for beginners? On the south side, preferably, in areas like Douglas, Rochestown, Blackrock? I tried kickboxing last year, but i couldn't fit in in with my schedule anymore, so I had to stop. Does anyone do it on a regular basis, or know anyone who does?

i was gona do it when a friend of mine told me he was starting classes, but after the 1st class he showed me the bruises and knocks he got. they don't mess around. they really get stuck in. some place in wilton is where my friend goes, dunno the exact place but i can find out.

Yeah, you'd get your ass kicked if there was actual contact. When I did, you'd nearly be crying at the end of it because you'd just be so tired, and you couldn't move the next day. We did flips after 3 weeks. But all that aside, I would like to do it again!

I did Kickboxing a while back for over a year! Was good fun :)

the kickboxing classes in ballincollig simply involves goin for a walk by yourself after dark around any of the estates, your sure to find a gang of "instructors" willing to teach you all about kickboxing.
