There is a big list up in UCC for places that are looking for staff at the minute. If you get a job now, when they are more plentiful, then you are more likely to hang on to the job during the summer time.

If you pop up to UCC's student centre and go over near the Travel Office , called UCC Travel , to the right of their door is a notice board full of staff wanted listings. I don't think they are on the web or anything.

I work(ed) in a cinema "STORM CINEMAS" in cavan! They are in the processs of building a new cinema in Galway so anyone living round there there will be job openings! but be warned the manageress is a total BITCH. i quit today because of her!
