Star Wars-The X-Wing series by Michael A.Stackpole/Aaron Allston,'I,Jedi' by Mike Stackpole,The Han Solo Trilogy by A.C Crispin,'Darksaber' by Kevin J.Anderson.

There are more,but these are the best IMO.
