View Full Version : Lost in Translation
An excellent film, very enjoyable, a bit odd but well worth it. Music was pretty good too!

very odd film, not what i was expecting. i usually like movies to have a story as in beginning middle and end. this film lacked that and was 1 and a half hours of watching 2 peole hanging out. but it was still good and enjoyable and the music was excellent. the way the director showed the city was really good, gave a real feeling of the place.
is it just a film playing on the same misconception the whole time ? Or is that just the silly title confusing me ?

what misconception? i think that was the title confusing you maybe. the movie had nothing to do with being lost or translating anything.

The film is basically 2 ppl who are "lost" in Tokyo and spend the entire film hanging out together!
It shows off the Japanese culture in an amazing light (all the crazy things they like) and the city itself.
Well worth a look - also funny in places, not as many as i thought but still very very good.
