help?plez! its about mms things on phones.

ok after all these years (3 years that is) i got around to getting a new phone, well because my poor old 1 was dieing :maad: ! so i got my self a new 1 there last weekend. i got my self a cool new "motorola 365" nice camera phone.

but i cant seem to be able to send mms's. i can send them according to the book that came with it and the nice lady i rang looking 4 help. she told me to call in to a store to find out y. well i cant do that 4 a few days so maybe ye can help. oh ya im with meteor aswell. i can get as fare as sending the thing but when i press send it just says "storeing........" then changes screens and a little pic of a letter flys about half way across the screen....then says unable to send .

any ideas?

oh ya i have set up my mms inbox right on the meteor web site so im stumped.

i know you can send mms to o2 and vodafone from vodafone, not sure about the others.
the mms sending connects to GPRS, so see if you can connect to that (i.e. surf the web a bit)
make sure you have credit and a proper reception.
as far as i know you don't get a sent receipt, try sending them to an email addy or your own phone number.

sorted my phone out! :)

called in to them. then the fuckers told me i would have to call the help line? but the help line tolled me call in!

anyway i called them...got this cow how was the worst pr person i have ever talked to. so i asked to talk to some1 else cause i did not like her (but in much nicer words:) ) anyway got a much nicer person next sorted it all out 4 me legend!
