yes i realise it's a "kids" movie but it is well worth going to see. it's hilarious. even the little snowman sketch before the film itself is very funny. if anyone enjoyed monsters' inc., shrek etc. then go see finding nemo. :square:

here here. i loved the baby octopus and the turtles. the guy who did the voice for crush is the animator/writer/director.
from writing it to the screen (www.dfw.com/mld/grandforks/entertainment/5969359.htm)

I loved Crush he was like whoa!!! And his little son squirt. They were adorable!!!

I went with moo and we were the only ones really laughing it was sad!! Although the bit at the start where the poor mammy gets it was funny 'cos this poor child couldn't take it and started crying.

A big let down!
Too hyped up just like Matrix 2.
I did laugh,as everyone in the cinema will testify but it was way too short and i thought it would be much better

What ARE you talking about woman?

oh i just read ur previous post uve already mentioned it... the mum part. why do they always seem to do that !! Bambi, Finding Nemo, Aladin(the princess has no mum), Jungle book (both his parents are gone), Beauty and the Beast (no mum), The Lion King (the dad gets it), Snow White (her mum is dead) Ice Age (we have it again!)god only knows how many more are there that i cant think of! its so horrible ...yes lets just kill off the parents and see wot happens.
oh the lil mermaid (yet again no mother figure) u c y cant we just have a nice lil kiddy flick that i wont cry to :)

i saw Finding Nemo in Wales with Steve and i was so upset. but at least i had his comfort:) awhh :D

I never even thought about that! Maybe it's a plot - to secretly turn the world into guilt-ridden single-parent families who take their kids to see Disney movies.

And you forgot Cinderella! Little Red Riding Hood only had her mum and her gran.

That's a good point actually, I never thought about that.

There was some nature program on Network 2 the other day and they had clown fish on it, they look exactly like Nemo!

JennyPen

I have photos of clownfish I took underwater in the great barrier reef in Oz when I was there in 97. They were orange and there ws one green one!

Little Red Riding Hood only had her mum and her gran.

nope little red riding hood had a dad too. he was the one who killed the wolf with the axe and saved the granny.

most fairytales as well have one parent i just thought about Jack and the Bean Stalk. where was his dad??

its so depressing 4 kiddies :(

and the" old lady who lived in a shoe had so many children she didnt know wot to do"- where was the old man!

i see a pattern of single parent familys.
