Word is coming in that Frankie is to be cleared of charges. No official announcement yet but it is expected at lunchtime. Fantastic news and a victory for sports playing asthma sufferers everywhere.

According to The BBC (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/rugby_union/european/3197207.stm),
Ireland hooker Frankie Sheahan will learn the outcome of his appeal against a two-year ban for a doping offence on Tuesday.
Sheahan's legal team presented new evidence in his appeal which was heard by a three-man European Rugby Cup appeals panel on Monday.

Munster and Ireland rugby hooker Frankie Sheahan was today cleared of drug taking charges and had his two-year ban from world rugby lifted.

that most reputable news source!! If it's true it's great news though...
It sure is.
He'll be able to "breathe" a lot easier now ;)
