Its one of the best movie's ive ever seen.

My Fav scene is when the truck blows up and out comes the physco Kiriyama is excellent..

i was thinking of goin to the link you provided until i got to the part about the english translations, not really into films with subtitles or translations or anything. i find it takes away from the movie. i'll just wait till holywood gets ahold of this movie and does a remake with tom cruise or someone.

The very concept of it is something that can only really be appreciated with Asian kids spouting off at 3000 words per minute with the subtitles barely catching. It's a very vry dark film because it is the vision of the writer for the future, and itself is an idea that is so twisted that in no way could Hollywood come to terms with it, let alone go and make a remake because it is shocking and the audience is not there to turn what is essentially a cult film into mass market like they managed (quite successfully as the remake made more logical sense than the original in this case) with Ring when they made The Ring.

That move with the head and the grenade - pure, simple, economical genius. Talk about using what you have to sdave yourself.

Well battle Royale II is just released in Japan in cinema form so the lad on the site emailed me and told me it will be hitting us in autum next year.. I hope hollywood will not get hands on this film because they would reck the whole thing.. the darkness the hole consept needs to stay the way it was made and anything thats banned from the hollywood side of it will completly reck the film.. Cant wait till BRII comes here!
