its nearly time!! another great movie to hit us gracefully! anybody think the twins are really cool! and the previews WOW!!! shall me make a night of this?

The Twins are EVIL. Imagine it... programmes deleted from the Matrix who can do to it as they wish... pity, though, they don't take on Eno in it at all. The two actors said they coulda taken him, tho. And guess what! They're even bettwer at woodwork than martial arts, and were due to go on some changing rooms type thing with carol vorderman until the confirmation came through.
Personally, I wanna see more of the Animatrix. That chick with the BIG hair was... cool. Also the whole back-story thing is just cool. It's weird watching the movie now when Morpheus does the 'welcome o the desert of the real' thing and he says how they don't know who struck firstr etc etc etc, after you've seen the thing with the pseudo-UN conference yolkimadoodle... Demios, you know it better than I ('cos you have i and I don't, probably...)

i think there will be 3 months between the reloaded and revolations.
theres so much hype about the 2 sequals i hope they are able to live up to it, i have a feeling they will.

it is a very big thing to live up to. every thing will have to perfect, not one thing for the fans to complain about.
like the first matrix, pretty much the perfect sci-fi action movie, great story, good acting, excellent special effects, brilliant soundtrack, excellent ending. it'll take a lot to repeat that performance not once but twice!
fingers crossed it will be everything everybody wants it to be.

im positive it will live up to matrix1... the fx much better and more characters!! YEAH!!
The new soundtrack is far more relaxed than the previous outing...id only recommend it to hardcore fans.

i just got the empire magazine with the hologram of neo on the cover. i recommend every matrix fan get this magazine, its all these cool bits of info about all 3 movies(like where all the characters got their names) and cool interviews.

talking about their names, when isaw the first movie i thought neo's name was neil. which i thought was the most stupid cyber name to give yourself. it was only weeks after i saw an article with neo in print i realised what his name was.
i felt like quite the fool.

i was just looking at the cinema listings in the echo and i saw that the gate cinema will be showing reloaded on wednesday 21st.
what great news, just hope it doesn't sell out before i have a chance to get my ticket.

Its not that easy,theres one level is shite though...its far too easy to fall off the edge of paths etc....

got my ticket to reloaded today, yeah. but cause i left till today i'm gona have to sit up the very front since all tickets have allocated seats, which sucks, but i don't mind that much, after all i will be seeing the matrix on opening day.
Christ theres a scene in the game which is in the movie involving two trucks,wont spoil....all ill say is....wank material!!!!ITS TOO FUCKING GOOD!!!!

not sure if its on the xbox, if its not it probibly will be in the near future.
got the game yesterday, wow. slow motion fighting, agents that are unkillable. its everything i expected it to be. and the cool movie clips in it, like the shot of the surface of the earth where the machines live-increbible.
its on all consoles!x-box,ps2,gamecube and the pc also...Buy buy buy kids!

The real question :
If the Matrix isn't real & Morpheus, Trinity, Neo et al *know* iit's not real, what are they fighting for ? How do they get hurt ?

they are fighting to free all of humanity trapped within the matrix(being used as batteries for the machines). and if they could disable the matrix the war would be one cause all the machines would no longer have any power.
they can get hurt because the matrix is sooooooo real, it is another world as real as this one and the reason they get hurt is cause their brains are tied into the matrix. they can tell themselves its not real and they won't get hurt but fooling their minds is another thing. thats why neo is "the one". the one whos mind knows that the matrix isn't real and therefore can bend it as he likes, as in flying.
Their minds are reintroduced into the matrix every time they jack in again,hence they feel all its effects again.That said they have an enormous pain treshold once inside it.

me, i'm goin to see it tomorrow night, yippee. can't wait.
altho i'm a bit annoyed cause i read last weeks cinema listings and the only place that were showing it tomorrow was the gate, so i went and got a ticket for the gates wednesday premier. but then this week i see every cinema is showing it tomorrow so i have to go town instead of my local cinema.
suppose good on the the gate for early advertising and getting people in.
Belly ill be gettin the anime...i gots it on order,thanks to my wonderful girlfriend.
Trust me ive seen most of it...Final Flight Of The Osiris is incredible,i got a rip from the net...ive seen another 4 of the nine and all were incredible.
Buy it if you liked most...fuck it ANY anime whatsoever.

wow, what a movie. what fighting and effects, just brilliant. and agent smith, so funny. there was a lot of comedy in this movie like the french guy.
but it was a little complicated. i'm still trying to get my head a round the story(6 matrix's?6 zions what?). i'm definately going to have to see this one again.

I agree, an amazing film. Not as good as the first though, but still amazing as hell. I understand the whole 6 zions thing but i won't post up what it is all about until more people have seen it. I would also like to point out that most people left the cinema as soon as the credits started rollling, the fools, at the end of the credits is a trailer for The Matrix: Revolutions, you do have to sit through about 5 minutes of credits to see it though. But it looks so sweet :D
by christ that was an amazing movie.

yes tank did live (i think). but the actor who played him was a complete psyco who was demanding a lot of money for his kinda small role(or so iheard on the net somewhere) and when he didn't get what he wanted he started threatening all the producers and warners and now he's sueing for breach of a verbal contract he says he has with joel silver for him to be in the two sequals. what nut he must be.

i think she might have been watching this show on mtv about the animatrix, it was half an hour long and showed a lot of all different bits of the animatrix. it was a cool show for mtv and not advertised anywhere.

Tank was fired because he was caught snooping around inside the Wachowsky's office, he also asked for lots of money for his role.
The MTV programe showed clips from many animatrix episodes. It did also show a full length episode whose name eludes me at the moment but the episode is not available to download off the internet. It was a class episode aswell.

I saw it today. It went right over my head, despite the fact I've seen the original Matrix about 10 times, and possess a special edition DVD version of it! But I was kinda distracted by all the fine boys in the cinema... ;)

watched the animatrix the other day and it sems to me from watching the history of the matrix that there is no need for the matrix to exist.
in the second renassonce(terrible spelling i know) it showed that the machines had totally mastered the human body and could keep humans alive for as long as the wanted do what they wanted to them, so why not keep the humans alive for a while, get the energy from them and just let them die, no need to keep their brains occupied, or have i missed something.
or do i have too much time on my hands that i actually think about these things.
