View Full Version : i hate fish but.......
I love this little tuna creation!!
get a tin of tuna and mix it with philadelphia and spread on hot toast.
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
philadelphia would be a little too think in my humble opinion. mayo and yogurt as suggested somewhere else is rather good. I don't think that the viscosity of philadelphia would mix well with the tuna , seeing as the tuna can be brittle.
mush it all in together and heap it on the toast and yuo're sorted.
I don't like mayonaise so it's not going near my tuna creation!
i love fish....mmmm....
another tasty and quick tuna thing is to get some tuna from a tin, chop up red onion/ peppers/ spring onion/ whatever you like, grate lots of black pepper over it, and squeeze in a lemon and a lime. it's so good and so refreshing.

the viscosity of philadelphia is actually ideal for this paricular dish.
You see
proper, brittle tuna (drained, please) mixed properly with the cheese would make a pastey, mallable texture ideal for sandwich fillers.
But then again I suppose it's all down to your own individual organoleptic preferences.
I'm allergic to fish, but i might just try that with chicken!!!
(MMmmmMMmMMM!!!!)

if you chuck tuna on a pizza it kinda gets burnt easily unless you hide it with cheese. Its not as bad as anchovies
