Cold Pasta EASY!

Cook some pasta, & leave then getting cold for a while.
Open a tin of pink salmon & take the bones off... mix it in a bowl with 3 spoons of natural yoghurt & 1 of mayonnaise.
add to the pasta , eat cold.
this is great!

I've a severe allergy to fish-
what I'd add to it would beeeeeee----------- umm---
sundried tomatoes, finely chopped
shredded FRESH basil leaves
mix in a LASH of PRoPER olive oil, grate some PROPER parmesan cheese (or buffalo mozarella ;) )
bob's your uncle!

or marinate some diced chicken in olive oil, basamic vinegar, cracked black pepper and rock salt.
cook in the oven (in the marinade) and serve wit yer pasta slad
