View Full Version : well another week over
is it just me ... but i find that i need well over 8 hours sleep when going to college . During the summer, i would survive on about 5 and do a (easy) day's work or what ever. But now the fact of getting up at roughfully 7am every morning and possibly not going home til well after 5pm (normally its 7/8), i find that i am utterly wrecked. Anyone know a solution ?
Thinking and learning take up so much energy :p
My head hurts when i think to hard, maybe's its a pulled muscle

Get more exercise, make sure you get enough iron in your diet, eat proper meals, and get plenty of sleep!

i had 14 hours of glorious sleep last night and i relly needed it too. fucking trucks drinving at 40 mph and me getting stuck behind them. u gotta love to motorway though u get to cut loose and make up time an the journey. still took 5 and a half hours cork to dublin and thats non stop

i read somewhere today - dunno where, could be the back of a cereal box!!! - that people who sleep 7 hours a night or less, live longer than those who sleep for 8 hours or more, and are healthier and happier, which is ironic seeing as those 8+ people are sleeping their lives away anyway
i think you have to be over 25 to drive a bus . But maybe thats just the insurance guys again :mad:

it depends on your licence>I don't think it your age but it would be fecking big insurance.My friend drives a truck and he is 19.Big loader truck thing.
I had 4 1/2 hours sleep last night
got home from work at one, studied for physics exam til 2:30 and got up at 7. I'm in pain
